Full Service Catering

We have a menu that includes appetizers, breakfast, lunch & dinner as well
as Vegan & Vegetarian menus. We have catered for 10 up to 2,600 and can create meals for pick-up, delivery, buffet service and/or sit down service. Think about us for your next business meeting, casual or formal dinner party, rehearsal dinner, wedding and/or fund raising event.

Rico's distributes and/or manufactures gourmet Mexican food items for
cafeterias, coffee houses, convenience stores, retail grocers (big & local), restaurants and more.

And, as of May 2005, we obtained our USDA certification to Distribute
Burritos (Beef, Chicken, Chicken Fajita, Chile Verde, Cochinita Pibil &
Pork), Tamales (Beef, Chicken & Pork) and Chile Verde!
